Best Scheduling and Usage Practices

  • Please be aware and courteous of all bookings. Bookings can be made up to a year in advance.
  • While making bookings please make sure to account for set-up and clean-up time.
  • Please cancel your bookings when relevant as soon as you can. Any cancellations within 24 hours will be billed for 10% of it's original charge.
  • Do NOT run over your scheduled booking time for rooms and equipment. This is to be respectful of other's time and bookings. 
  • When cleaning up for your sessions please make sure to clean all of the proper equipment and return it to its rightful places.
  • When your session is over please, fill out the following google form every time you return the equipment. This is to help the NIRS Manager aware of any issues that may have occurred during the session and ensure that all the equipment is good to go. If anything was broken or needs to be replaced during the session this is where you would mark that information as well.
